The Awareness program culminated with the purchase of a Salad Bar for the student cafeteria which was installed in May. During the Spring of 2019 the Moraga Lions became aware of grants provided by the California Lions Foundation . The Moraga Lions applied for a grant to help with the cost of the Salad Bar which was a little more than $3000. The California Lions Foundation approved the grant and reimbursed the Moraga Lions with a grant of $1200.00
