HALF MOON BAY LIONS donates 100 kits to pediatric cancer patients at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital
HALF MOON BAY LIONS - The club created and put together 100 kits to donate to pediatric cancer patients. Each kit contained the materials to make five sea glass necklaces including five pieces of sea glass found on Half Moon Bay beaches, wires, pliers, necklace chains, gift bags, and instructions which included a note saying the kits were made possible by a generous donation from California Lions Foundation. The kits were delivered to the pediatric cancer ward at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital where they are distributed to patients.
